Get to Know Me
and My Philosophy
Kia Ora
It’s a pleasure to have you here to learn and explore the gifts I have to share with you. I’m a mother to 3 adult daughters who are truly a gift as they were and still are some of my biggest motivators for discovering, expanding and growing.

Another catalyst that created growth was from experiencing physical illnesses/issues and being told the pain was in my head, I was encouraged to take a holistic approach which I am very grateful for.
This changed my life and led me to healing physically, mentally and emotionally. I became aware that I had disconnected myself from my body which in turn stopped me being fully present in life. This led me to believe life was happening to me rather than for me.
Because of the profound results I experienced, I wanted to be able to share and guide other people to find truth within themselves also. So a journey began, learning many different therapies from Reiki to romi romi, crystal healing, massage, empowerment coaching, and trauma training, working in peer support for mental health and becoming a mentor for The Diamond Templates of Purification.
From a Tiny Seed, Comes a Mighty Oak
My Philosophy
My philosophy is to provide a nurturing, safe space where clients can talk and be heard, together working to create an empowerment package that fits their own unique requirements.

I bring transformation by re-programming, and re-aligning, beyond the limiting thought patterns of control and conditioning, connecting to the heart of the matter to find the seed of divine brilliance within. The seed of pure magic.
In our work together you will learn the art of surrendering and being still, watching and observing, feeling when the time is right, learning to trust yourself and the invisible force that draws you to the right place at the right time. You will learn to experiment with excitement and explore your unlimited possibilities.
You will get curious with guilt and shame and accept being human instead of fighting it.

I look forward to journeying with you,

Karen.
